Micellar Cleansing Water

Micellar cleansing water is the easiest way to remove makeup from face, eyes and lips with 1 gesture and no rinsing required. No need to rub to get rid of impurities and makeup, the micells capture residue on the skin like a magnet. Apply on to the skin with some cotton pads, without rubbing.

Packaging

The miceller cleansing water comes in a transparent plastic bottle with a pink cap on it and font is in some different colors like white, black and pink where major description is in black color. The cap has a click opening with a little hole designed in a way to get the desired amount of liquid which is absolutely perfect but the click lid is quite hard to open to prevent leakage. The cap of the bottle is somehow loose in a way that it keeps on rotating or may be this is the problem with only the bottle i got.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water

My Experience

As i have an oily skin which breakouts easily and applying makeup on it means inviting pimples directly lol. Before trying this water i used to apply cleansing milks to remove makeup which gives me more oil without ensuring that my make is completely wipe off without clogging pores. Now the micellar cleansing water impress me a lot where no need of rubbing out. It has a consistency like water.

I pour a desired amount to a little container as i feel easy with it, dip cotton pad in it  and dab firstly on my one eye then next cotton pad for the other eye. Then same procedure repeated for the face. I mostly use 6 to 10 cotton pads depending on how much makeup i used and how much residue is still have to be removed. When my cotton pad is clear after dabbing  means that there is no residue of makeup. Just dab dab dab and wipe off seriously no need of harsh rubbing. This cleansing water is for whole face including lips and eyes. Sometimes the liquid get in contact with my eyes but i feel no irritation or redness as i have sensitive eyes. It takes more time to remove water proof makeup. As mentioned no rinsing is required and it actually feels like a water no stickiness but i wash my face after it may be because of  a habit.

I just cant explain my love for this product. This is a winner to me. The good news is that it is paraben free which is highly appreciated. Second good news is that it is scent and alcohol free.

I agreed with each and every point mentioned on bottle.

Pros

  • No rinsing required
  • Does not irritate skin and eyes
  • Wipes off makeup gently
  • Paraben and Alcohol free
  • Affordable
  • Lot of product
  • Does not cause acne
  • Removes water proof makeup

Cons

  • Not travel friendly because of loose cap

Quantity

The bottle contains 400 ml of liquid for 200 uses mentioned on bottle which is quite true as a very less amount is needed.
