Today I am here with another post which is all about aloe vera gel. As many of you know that aloe vera gel is widely used in beauty products and it has a lot of benefits for the skin and hair. Today I will be focus on skin benefits.
I remember that I had this plant in my home since my childhood. My late grandfather sowed this plant and this plant in my home always makes me feel his presence. Do let me know if you can relate or have memories of your grandparents like this?
I mostly prefer natural ingredients for skin and hair issues but you have to be careful while using aloe vera gel because it is hell bitter and if accidentally you taste it then I am sorry😉😉
Let’s start to discuss its benefits without a further ado.
1. treats Sunburn
Now it’s already summer in Pakistan. Sunburn is a common problem in summers face by every human being in hot places. Aloe vera gel heals the sunburn quickly as it sinks in to the upper layer of your skin and calm sunburn.
2. fights aging
Aloe vera gel is very helpful in fights aging. It hydrates your skin and prevents it from aging signs.
3. Soothes irritation and rashes
Aloe vera gel works best for soothing irritation and skin rashes. It contains anti-inflammatory properties so its best for calming and soothing irritation.
4. Reduces acne and blemishes
Aloe vera gel has antibacterial properties that’s why it reduces acne and lighten blemishes. Many acne treatment medication contains aloe vera in it to dry acne.
5. Works as a moisturizer
Aloe vera gel contains hydrating power in it so it works as a natural moisturizer for skin. Do not apply like a moisturizers available in market because it stretches your skin. Apply for about 20 minutes and then rinse it off. It will provide moisture to your skin.
Do wash aloe vera leaf before using it to protect yourself from germs. Cut the thick layer of leaf with sharp knife to get the gel.
Always do remember that do not expect a miracle overnight as a satisfactory results will take time and patience.
