Essence Satin Touch Blush: Review & Swatch

Hi beauties

Today I am here with another exciting review. If you following me on my instagram or blog already then you will must know that how much I love blushes. Today the blush I’ll be reviewing is from essence satin touch blush. I generally like matte finish blushes thanks to my oily skin, but when I saw this blush shade I couldn’t resist to buy it😂😂. Now let’s start its thorough review officially😉😉.

My views

I will not discuss its packaging because you can see it has an ordinary packaging like other essence products with a dotted pattern on it. As I told you that I used to like matte blushes that’s why I was skeptical about this blush after I bought it because I couldn’t find any tester to swatch and by seeing the pan I found very tiny chunks of glitter but when I swatched it on my hand then there is no glitter shown (satisfaction). I bought the shade 20  satin love which is a very beautiful natural peach color.

Its formulation is so smooth and has a creamy texture. It is not chunky or chalky at all. It is not highly pigmented which I consider a plus point because I think blushes must not be that pigmented to make you a clown in one swirl but still you can build it according to your liking. Powder is finely milled and there is no kick back. It stays on me for 5 to 6 hours approximately.

It has a little sheen to it and no glitter chunks transfers to your cheeks. As the formula is creamy  that’s why it blends so well on to your cheeks. I do not remember its exact price but it must be under 500 or 600 Pkr.

  • smooth formulation
  • creamy texture
  • buildable
  • blendable
  • glitter doesn’t transfer on skin
  • milled finely
  • no kick back
  • pocket friendly

  • not any

I will definitely recommend this blush to all of you with any skin type. If you have an oily skin and prefer matte blushes then use this blush only in winters you will surely love it.

I hope this review will helpful for you. Do write back about your thoughts on this blush if you tried it. If you haven’t then do tell me will you like to try it out? Always love to hear your feedback.

I didn’t like the shade from the first photo, it looked too dark but on the swatch it’s whole different story, I really like it. I like how Essence blushes are so affordable, but formulation is so on point. xx
